Dr. Frederick P. Brooks, Jr., who collected these maps, is Kenan Professor of Computer Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His research interests include 3D Interactive Computer Graphics; Human-Computer Interaction; Virtual Worlds, and Molecular Graphics.
